If the customer purchased their membership in the last 14 days, and if they paid via Debit/Credit Card, they are entitled to a refund per our terms and conditions. If they set-up a Direct Debit but collection hasn’t been taken, we can cancel the instruction for them and advise them to do so at the bank also.
